Case Study
Overview
A mobile-first beauty discovery platform connecting users with salons and specialists in their area. Salon Finder is a comprehensive digital platform designed to solve the challenge of discovering and booking appointments at quality salons. Through extensive user research and iterative design, we created an intuitive interface that helps beauty enthusiasts find the perfect salon based on location, ratings, services, and specialist expertise.
Interviews and Survey
To better understand user needs and behaviors, we conducted both interviews and surveys with potential users of the salon and barber booking platform.
Concept
The logo is built around this idea, using a lightning bolt to reflect quick service and strong energy — essential qualities in modern beauty and barber experiences.
Inside the lightning shape, there is a female silhouette with flowing hair, symbolizing beauty, elegance, and care. This element connects the brand directly to salons and the artistry of hair styling.
Typography
Noto Sans was selected for its clean contemporary appearance, exceptional readability, and strong multilingual support, making it ideal for modern salon and beauty-focused digital experiences. Its optimized Georgian character support ensures consistent typography and seamless readability across both English and Georgian content.

This typographic scale establishes a soft yet refined visual hierarchy across service sections, appointment flows, promotional content, and interface interactions while maintaining a premium and elegant aesthetic throughout the platform.
